About Me

I am dedicated to create value for customers as well as great code for my peers. High quality code is not a luxury or an afterthought, but a necessity if a team wants to succeed beyond an MVP. That’s why everyday I work hard to fight complexity, keep tech debt to an absolute minimum and create an environment where my team can iterate fast without creating an unmanageable bowl of spaghetti.

Software engineering is a team activity. That means placing as much emphasis on soft skills as on technical expertise. I am a team player who enjoys working with and empowering my colleagues, be it in pair programming, brainstorming together or mentoring junior developers to achieve their full potential. Good software is always the product of open minds working creatively together to achieve the best possible solution.
